ECore/eMajor

From Degree Forum Wiki

eCore and eMajor are online courses offered at a number of Georgia colleges and universities. eCore courses are $159/credit hour and eMajor courses are $199/credit hour. While not the cheapest offering out there, they do offer a handful of courses that can be difficult to find or that may be even more expensive elsewhere. Unfortunately, these courses aren't necessarily available to just anyone. You must apply to and be accepted into one of the relevant institutions. (See eCore and eMajor instructions.)

East Georgia State College and South Georgia State College both specifically allow non-degree-seeking students to apply and be admitted, though there may be limitations on how many credits you are allowed to earn. Several of the other institutions have allowances for "transient students" from other schools. This means that you must get permission from Charter Oak State College/Excelsior College/Thomas Edison State University before applying to the institution in question. If you specifically need a certain class offered by either of these programs, this hassle may be worth it to you.
