Excelsior University (Excelsior College until July 31, 2022) is one of "The Big Three" schools (the other two being Thomas Edison State University and Charter Oak State College) that offer generous credit transfer policies with very low residency requirements (and no physical, on-campus requirement). Formerly known as Regents and a long-time player in the adult learner field, Excelsior is a fully regionally-accredited school located in Albany, NY.
