Waubonsee Community College

From Degree Forum Wiki

In addition to being a potential inexpensive source of RA credit, Waubonsee also offers a potential path to a relatively inexpensive Associate's degree. The school only requires that students take 15 semester hours/credits actually at Waubonsee and the remainder can be transferred in. They accept a wide variety of CLEP exams and charge a $10 transaction fee per exam to add them to your transcript. (Through the Modern States program, CLEP exams are otherwise free.) The Associate in Arts would likely be the easiest to obtain via this method.

Obtaining an AA degree[edit]

Suggestions for obtaining an AA degree are listed below. The options may not be the only or even the best choices and are only intended to serve as a guide. Only CLEP exams are listed because it is currently unknown whether Waubonsee accepts other forms of alternate credit, including ACE and NCCRS recommended classes, and it is suspected that they do not.
